The blog title is the name of a book by Annette L. Jackson. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Annette and two other wonderful women who are passionate about spreading Fibromyalgia Awareness. This is an amazing read simply for the fact that Annette is not some doctor or professional who throws out tip after tip withou going through what we go through every single day.
